Communities across the Chicago area rely on HAS to provide effective treatment, outreach, and support for those who need it most.
Our Community Support Team (CST) is compromised of specialists in a variety of mental health-related fields who go beyond the walls of our facility to provide health services across our community.
The CST offers treatment, outreach, and support to people with mental health symptoms who may require more intensive support than traditional outpatient therapy. CST participants receive support from the entire multidisciplinary team, including peer support specialists and clinicians with expertise in substance use, medication management, mental health recovery, housing, and employment support.
