Quality
Assurance
HAS believes
that quality standards must be established, monitored,
and evaluated to insure quality treatment services
are provided and standards are met and/or exceeded.
We believe that immediate access to an appropriate
level of care and intensity of services is the key
to help people to recover and regain control of their
lives. HAS Continuous Quality Management Program features:
- Client
Satisfaction Surveys:
Clients are canvassed to assess their feedback regarding
their satisfaction with our services. Based on the
feedback aspects of programs can be modified to
better mirror client needs and wishes.
- Outcome
Studies:
We are constantly involved in outcome studies to
measure the effectiveness of our treatment.
- Performance
Standards:
We monitor our treatment standards against national
and local standards to meet and/or exceed business
and treatment standards.
- Clinical
Staffing:
The clinical team, which includes the Medical Director,
Clinical Director, Clinical Practices / Training
Manager, Program Supervisor / Managers, and Counselors
review the progress of each client at clinical staff
meetings and in individual clinical supervision.
- Individual
supervision:
Each Counselor's caseload is supervised by their
Program Supervisor / Manager with feedback from
the Clinical Practice Training Manager.
- Quality
Improvement Staff:
Our Associate Executive Director and Senior Director
are in charge of quality improvement activities
and reporting.
- Cost
Effective:
Outcomes are driven by addressing our clients' needs
at the least restrictive level of care.
All
of these activities are utilized to monitor the quality
of our services. The results of these reviews helps
us to identify where changes need to be made, how
we may plan those changes, as well as to assess those
changes to insure that our services have improved.
