Domestic Violence Services

The HAS Domestic Violence program responds to the different needs of women who are victims or survivors of Domestic Violence. Clients who have experienced physical, verbal, emotional and/or sexual abuse can receive services by calling for a telephone or face-to-face intake with one of our Domestic Violence counselors.

In addition to crisis intervention services a client could receive individual counseling, support groups, case management, emergency food referrals, legal assistance referrals, court advocacy, and information and referrals to emergency shelters.

Based on an assessment, individuals may be referred to other HAS social service and counseling programs to help address issues connected with domestic violence if needed.
