Life Skills

Life skills is a school based-program for youth that follows an evidence based-curriculum emphasizing the importance of goal-setting and critical thinking. The program provides students with the skills they need to resist social pressure to smoke, drink, and use drugs.  It also helps them develop greater self-esteem and self-confidence; enables them to cope effectively with social anxiety; and increases their knowledge of the immediate consequences of substance use.
