Matthew J. Hayes

Matthew J. Hayes MBA joined the team of Healthcare Alternatives Systems as it's Director of Human Resources. Matt is a Human Resources Executive with a collaborative team-oriented style that focuses on the attainment of organizational strategic objectives and mission achievement. Matt has over twenty-five [25] years in the healthcare field.

Prior to joining HAS, Matt was employed by a major Chicago hospital located in the Hispanic Community and close in proximity to HAS. For over twenty-two [22] years Matt was the hospital's Vice President of Human Resources.

Matt brings to HAS considerable experience in a wide range of human resources functions and programs, including executive and staff recruitment, employee relations, compensation, employee benefits and employee assistance programs. Matt's educational background includes a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University and has taught various Human Resources courses at different local colleges and universities.
